How do I register for Brain Health Awareness Week (BHAW) ?

You can register for free via our link here.

Can I register in-person at the event?

In order to account for all attendees, you must pre-register.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You can print your ticket information, or show our registration team your confirmation e-mail at the event.

Where is the event being held?

It will be held in Roger Guindon Hall in Amphitheatre 2005 (451 Smyth Rd, Ottawa, ON, K1H 8M5)

When is BHAW being held?

BHAW will be held daily from Monday, September 30th to Friday, October 4th from 5:30 pm -7:00 pm. Attendees are welcome to arrive starting at 5:00 pm to check-in.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available (for a fee) in the Roger Guindon (RGN) Parking Lot. Please see map for more details.

I’m unable to attend BHAW in-person. What can I do?

You can tune in to our live streams each evening via our Youtube Channel and Facebook Page. There's no pre-registration required for live-streaming.
